We are all easily distracted by secondary/less important activities; Social media, emails, things we would Rather do.
And particularly for ambitious people, we can have far too many tasks and ideas buzzing around our heads, that we sometimes don't truly focus on what we Most need to do.
However, when you do set aside that time, and shut off the outside world, create what you are here to give, true rewarding feelings come and these are bound for success, fulfillment and happiness.
